There is nothing better than that golden hour sunset, especially at Middlefork Forest Preserve. It is one of my go-to places because there is so much to offer out there. I mean gooooood lord the Midwest does bless us with killer sunsets and I’m so thankful because I get to photograph them.

A beautiful sunset and a beautiful couple, what more could I ask for?! These 2 are seriously gorgeous human beings! Morgan + Colton were such a fun couple to photograph. The best part, their engagement story…..it’s seriously too sweet!

Morgan + Colton both deer hunt and had been tracking this VERY large buck for years. But what do you know, they ended up getting him, and Colton knew it was the perfect moment! He told Morgan he wanted her in the pictures with it since it was “her deer.” While she was getting her picture snapped, he came up behind her and popped the big question!

These two are so SO sweet together and I adored capturing that. We had a blast, and even let me video some of their goofiness to make one of my first TikToks! 😂

I know that their December wedding will be so fun and so intimate. I cannot wait!
