I'm a coffee loving, travel-obsessed, thirty-something based out of Central Illinois. My best friend and I raise two kiddos on chaotic schedules in our vintage ranch and I couldn't love it more. I'm lucky enough to make a living doing what I love for the people I love! I specialize in weddings (destination + local) and boudoir. I hope we have the chance to meet!

This one felt like home the whole way through.
Last fall I photographed their engagement session at Allerton Park, fitting since that’s exactly where Jack proposed, right at the white tower in the Fu Dog Garden, September 2024. Their story actually started earlier, (on blackout Wednesday) 2021 at Joe’s Brewery. They bumped into each other, exchanged numbers, hung out three days later, and haven’t separated since.
On June 13, 2026, we got to celebrate the real thing. Kaitlyn’s a nurse at Carle and Jack’s a firefighter in Danville, so this is a couple that knows what it means to show up for people. That same warmth filled the whole day. 206 guests, and it never felt like a crowd, it felt like a family reunion (shout out to actually really getting to see my godmother, Jean!)
Jack built the dock they had their first look on, himself. A chipmunk crashed Kaitlyn’s bridal portraits like he had a formal invite. We got a little drizzle during photos at Lake of the Woods before the ceremony, but the skies cleared up and gave us a beautiful day after all. Kaitlyn walked down the aisle in her mother in law’s wedding dress.Kaitlyn walked down the aisle in her mother in law’s wedding dress.
Kaitlyn walked down the aisle in her mother in law’s wedding dress (a dress change is always iconic). Kaitlyn in white and her girls in blue, that classic baby blue we’re seeing everywhere lately and i’m simply obsessed with. Classic, simple, elegant & loving; that’s exactly how Kaitlyn and Jack described their day, and I couldn’t have picked better words myself.
The reception at Feed Mill on Front was a full send from the second the dance floor opened, literally. These two might be some of the best dancers I’ve ever photographed, & barely sat down all night. They did pause to celebrate a groomsman’s birthday with his own cake though, the kind of small detail that tells you exactly who these people are.
Kaitlyn’s cousin was a Mager Image bride back in 2019 (Heyyyyy Jenna) and the whole family holds a special place in my heart. This one felt a little full circle, and I love when that happens! Tori was there for video too, so the whole day got captured from every angle. If you missed it, you can check out their #sameweeksneak below and on YouTube with the full highlight coming soon!
Kaitlyn and Jack, thank you for trusting me with two of your biggest days now. Here’s to a marriage as full of life as your wedding was!
