Sheila + Scott are the CUTEST!! They are so friggin smitten with each other and I LOVE IT!!! Sheila + Scott were high school friends and found each other many years later on Facebook! Like how cool is that?!? I first met Sheila at Starbucks and we hit it off right away so I knew shooting them would be easy peasy! We headed to downtown Urbana for their engagement shoot this past summer and it was HOT! But we all survived 😉

Their engagement story is the CUTEST so I have to share it: “We were leaving for Jamaica on April 19, so we went up to Rosemont on the 18th because we always use the Park & Fly at the hotels. Before he left he told me that he had lost part of his Tiffany key chain that I had given him as a gift and wanted to stop by Tiffany since we would already be up there. He said that he had contacted the store and “Lisa”, the sales associate would be able to help him. Once we got to Tiffany, they said that they needed Scott to go back to Customer Service; I had to use the restroom. When I returned to the sales floor, I couldn’t find Scott anywhere, but I saw “Lisa”. She told me that Scott was behind these doors with customer service and she guided me to some sliding doors. As she opened the doors, there was Scott, a bottle of champagne, 2 Tiffany & Co. champagne flutes, and a small blue box. He goes to one knee and asks me to marry him.”

Their wedding was last August at Pear Tree Estate (i’ll be catching us up with that one soon!) and it was AMAZING – plus, I got to work with Tori Beach again!
