I'm a coffee loving, travel-obsessed, twenty-something based out of Central Illinois. I'm lucky enough to make a living doing what I love - photographing people! I specialize in weddings (destination + local), senior portraits, + boudoir.
Stunning. That’s the first word that comes to mind when I look back at Sage’s senior session. If you follow me at all, you know Sage. She’s been a family friend for years, and when we had Bexley was the first person we called to come nanny for us. So we spend quite a lot of time together. Then, in 2016, she decided to try her hand at makeup, and is phenomenal at it, though I may be a bit biased. We set up a small styled shoot with a handful of stunning ladies and Sage killed it, along with taking over most of my senior and boudoir clients and has never disappointed! It’s sometimes hard to remember that she’s only a senior in high school! The coolest part about that though, is she already had it set when it came to her senior pictures! I always recommend my senior girls to have their makeup done by a professional for their shoot, and since Sage is that professional, she was good to go! We headed out of town to a place called Dogtown, which is near Paxton. The fall light was gorgeous and she had her wardrobe ready to go! We were able to get some shots with her dog Gonzo and even a few with the red jeep, which added in a ton of color! I think my favorites though were the shots with the perfect golden hour light and Sage’s orange dress, the colors just popped! I know I’m biased when I say that she’s stunning, but I’ll get on to the pictures so you can see for yourself!
