Springtime Magenta Wedding in Ottawa, IL

As you know I love second shooting and when Brooke from Brooke Kristine Photography reached out to me I was so excited to work with her. Mary + Steve’s day was a gloomy March day, but I knew the pictures would turn out amazing!

Mary’s dress was stunning with all the lace detail in her dress and to top it off the 2 venues we were at for their big day were the icing on the cake! Mary + Steve are so sweet and I was delighted to be able to be a part of their day.

Their ceremony took place in Ottawa, Illinois at St Columba Church and must I say WOW! After the ceremony we went to the gorgeous Reddick Mansion for portraits.  All the amazing architecture made my job so easy (and as you know, I’m a sucker for good architecture)! The curved archways, brick and iron fencing was a dream. The reception took place at Pitstick Pavillion which was the perfect cozy, quiet, quaint place to get the party started.  I loved everything about the day and a big shout out to Brooke for letting me tag along!
