Downtown Paxton, Illinois

After Allie’s senior session in the sunflowers last summer, we knew we wanted her senior mini session to take place in a more urban setting. I love all of the different colors, brick walls, and textures we found while walking around Paxton’s streets. She’s no stranger to my camera, which made her mini session that much better since she didn’t need any sort of “warm up” because she knew what to expect. I love that about seniors who book multiple sessions. They know what to expect, and the more I have a chance to photograph them, the more natural they are in front of my lens and the less posing I have to do! It may have been a bit chilly for her early April urban mini session (quite the opposite from her sunflower session) but I think she still rocked it!
