I'm a coffee loving, travel-obsessed, thirty-something based out of Central Illinois. My best friend and I raise two kiddos on chaotic schedules in our vintage ranch and I couldn't love it more. I'm lucky enough to make a living doing what I love for the people I love! I specialize in weddings (destination + local) and boudoir. I hope we have the chance to meet!

Brianne and Tyler met in first grade. Like, literal children. And somehow through school years, college, and eventually late-night Bible studies, this friendship grew into something so much bigger. They officially started dating after their sophomore year of college and haven’t looked back since.
When Tyler proposed, he made it count: on a mountain, after a hike, overlooking an entire lake. He even surprised her by hiding a photographer nearby (shoutout to any groom who thinks ahead like that 👏🏻).
We had a blast during their engagement photos where not only were they visited by their fur babes, but Brianne’s mom and dad came in to assist! We got to reminisce over the days when my late mother would work with her dad in the dental industry! It’s such a small world sometimes.
This was one of those Central Illinois summer weddings where everything just… worked. Pear Tree looked beautiful with minimal, classy decor highlighting the stars of the show, the flowers! Nancy always knocks it out of the park and the BLUES in the florals were perfection! Brianne’s style was romantic and timeless – from her soft glam to her flowy gown (and a part two coming!). The bridal party wore dusty blue and black, which popped perfectly against the inside of the chapel which was perfect because it was HOT and our girl was not having it.
And can we talk about how STUNNING she looked in the golden hour portraits?! Girl was glowing like she invented sunset.
The ceremony was in Pear Tree’s newest addition: the Chapel! The ceremony was full of little emotional moments that made it feel personal. They wrote their own vows and read them privately beforehand, which was an amazing moment to witness, but even more so was the glances I kept catching Brianne’s dad give her mom with all the love in the world shining through his eyes.
Also, Brianne’s walk down the aisle with her dad? I’m not crying, YOU’RE crying.
The reception was a knockout. Fancy Florals by Nancy knocked it out of the park with a stunning floral topper above the head table that set the whole vibe… a little bit whimsical, beautiful, and totally showstopping. Brianne’s father/daughter dance included a special dedication to her mom that had everyone ugly-crying (no judgement). And the dance floor? Packed all night thanks to DJ Ryan Reid, who effortlessly kept the energy going after a killer reverse anniversary dance (a Mager Image staple, if you ask me… 😉) that had everyone losing their minds and refusing to leave.
Brianne and Tyler, you two are the real deal. From tiny kids to soulmates, your day was a perfect reflection of your story: grounded, joyful, and full of love. I’m so grateful we got to be there for all of it. Thank you so much for including me, I am forever grateful!
