I'm a coffee loving, travel-obsessed, twenty-something based out of Central Illinois. I'm lucky enough to make a living doing what I love - photographing people! I specialize in weddings (destination + local), senior portraits, + boudoir.
When Amy came to me asking to be her wedding photographer, I was so honored. As a primary wedding photographer, it’s not often that I get to work with clients multiple times, but Amy was an exception. You see, every year I get the pleasure of working with the new Ford County Fair Queen, and Amy was the 2015-2016 fair queen! Her photos were stunning and she’s so sweet. Then, Mark popped the question, and she said yes! When she once again came to me for photos I couldn’t have been more excited to work with her again and meet the man who won her heart! We met at their family farm on an extremely windy yet warm October day and scouted out new spots, since I had just done her brother’s engagement photos at the farm months before! Mark may be a bit quiet, (although I think that’s partially due to the fact that I talk non-stop during sessions) but you can tell he’s head over heels for Amy. After a bit of climbing through the hay loft in the barn and avoiding the wind as best as we could, we headed down the road to a family member’s home. Complete with a pond surrounded by trees, it was gorgeous, and added another element into their engagement session. These two are a perfect match, and I can’t wait for their wedding next June!
